Every drop of sweat, every grueling training session, and every relentless fight on the court and field brought us to this moment. Our student-athletes poured their hearts out, proving that true champions are forged in grit and discipline.

This historic triumph was made possible by our incredible support system. A resounding thank you to our School Head, dedicated coaches, teachers, and faculty for their tireless leadership and mentorship. We also extend our deep gratitude to our hard-working staff for their behind-the-scenes support, and to our parents and guardians whose endless love, sacrifices, and cheers fueled our drive every step of the way, this victory belongs to us all!

PALANAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL | August 05, 2026

Students and teachers of Palanan National High School (PNHS) actively participated in an Information and Education Campaign (IEC) conducted by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Palanan on Tuesday.

The activity focused on fire prevention, fire drills, and earthquake drills aimed at equipping the school community with essential knowledge and practical safety measures to protect lives during emergencies.

BFP personnel led discussions on fire hazards, proper use of fire extinguishers, evacuation procedures, and "duck, cover, and hold" techniques for earthquakes. A simulation drill was also conducted to test the preparedness and response of students and staff.

According to school head Ma’am Karen Ramos Ammugauan Reyes, the initiative is part of PNHS’ continuing commitment to promote a culture of preparedness, resilience, and safety within the campus.
