This program is intended for students who are unable to fully settle their tuition and other school fees during this period (Periodic 3, 1st Semester, SY2627).

Accepted Valid IDs:
Voterโ€™s ID, National ID, Passport, Driverโ€™s License, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, TIN ID, NBI Clearance, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID, OWWA OFW e-Card, PWD ID, Barangay ID, or Police Clearance.

Hawak Kamay Scholarship Renewal Application for School Year 2026-2027 2nd Semester will open on October 15, 2026. To ensure the correct submission of requirements, please prepare the following documents listed below to avoid delays in the processing of your HK Renewal Application.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL:
FRESHMEN:
Apply HK Renewal
Those who submitted HK leads, attach the picture of school ID

UPPERCLASSMEN:
Completed Duty Monitoring Sheet
Duty Evaluation

FOR WORKING STUDENTS
Updated Certificate of Employment (Additional documents will be asked if necessary. Always check your Phinmaed accounts for emails)

FOR CSG & SBO OFFICERS
Official endorsement letter from CSG-SBO Adviser

FOR RAD STUDENTS
Attendance to Online Activities (compile in a PDF Format) / COE for RAD/FLEX REMOTE STUDENTS ONLY

For Non-HK Scholars with External Scholarships. Just upload your School ID.

Note: If you were assigned during 1st Semester SY2627 as Student Facilitator or Office Assistant. You are not allowed to submit CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT, instead submit DAILY TIME RECORD (DTR) and EVALUATION FORM.

Congratulations to the New TES Grantees!
Batch 2.1 | First Semester, AY 2026โ€“2027.

The list of newly qualified TES applicants for the First Semester, AY 2026โ€“2027 is now available. You may access the list using the provided QR code or link. Use your PHINMAED email. Please note that this is subject to validation and verification of enrollment status and submitted requirements.

For ILIGAN CAMPUS please click the sheet "ILIGAN" for the list.
For PUERTO and CARMEN CAMPUS please click the sheet "CARMEN" for the list.

IMPORTANT:
All qualified applicants are required to submit the following on or before October 6, 2026 (Tuesday) 8:00-3:00pm at the CSDL Office. For ILIGAN campus, submit it to your guidance designate office.

What need to submit:
Photocopy of the studentโ€™s current and validated School ID/any valid ID with three (3) specimen signatures (Use BLUE pen only)
Additional requirement (if applicable): Photocopy of PWD ID issued by the PDAO of your city or municipality

Failure to submit the required document on the given date will result in the delisting of the grant.
