There is a great need today to equip and train present and potential church leaders with skills, abilities and competencies and spiritual depth to lead effectively and successfully church relevant ministries. This is a specialized and accelerated program of instruction for those, who, for whatever reason, is unable to take part in a degree program but desire to be better prepared for a ministry or ministries.
