Talipan Elementary School successfully concluded the "Ngiting Pagbilaoin: Bright Smiles, Bright Futures Program" on July 30, 2026, a meaningful initiative aimed at promoting proper oral health and dental hygiene among learners.
The program was honored by the presence of Hon. Alagang Mayor Ate Gigi Portes, Municipal Mayor of Pagbilao, whose inspiring message emphasized the importance of investing in children's health and well-being. The activity was also graced by Dr. Mariam V. Merluza, Dentist II, who led the orientation on oral health and shared valuable knowledge on proper dental care.
Talipan Elementary School likewise extends its sincere appreciation to the dedicated team from the Provincial Health Office, Municipal Health Office of Pagbilao, and the Healthy Quezon Program, especially to the attending dental professionals and health personnel: Dr. Olivia V. Aselijo, Dr. Olga T. Muรฑoz, Dr. Ranelda G. Calaycay, Dr. Renilda T. De Silva, Dr. Dremilyn A. Ponce, Dr. Isobel Mae J. Jagela, Dr. Aljohn C. Malaluan, Dr. Jezreel A. Jaynar, Dr. Jane Louise E. Cruz, Dr. Gilbert D. Gabatin, Dr. Reynaldo C. Abustan, Ronald P. Reginio (Dental Aide), and Dr. Riki J. Tolentino represented by Nurse Victoria O. Reyes for their invaluable service and commitment to improving the oral health of our learners.
Talipan Elementary School headed by Sir Roperez, also expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Education, Healthy Quezon, Provincial Government of Quezon, Municipal Government of Pagbilao, Colgate, school personnel, parents, and all stakeholders whose collective support made this activity a resounding success.
