SCHEDULE OF PAYROLL SIGNING

📅 Date: July 31, 2026 (Friday)
🕗 Time: 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

📌 Please see the attached list to verify your name.

Note: If your name appears on both attached lists, you are required to comply with both sets of requirements.

📌 Important Announcement: Since not all grantees have an active Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account, the release of the TDP refund for this payout will be made through the traditional check disbursement process.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Update your ledger at the Accounting Office ( For Enrolled Students only).
Step 2: Proceed to the PCC Gym to sign the payroll.

📌 IMPORTANT: Bring the Following Requirements( ALL IN A LONG BONDPAPER)

For Currently Enrolled Grantees:

2 photocopies of your School ID with an updated Validation Sticker(1st Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027).
Each photocopy must bear three (3) specimen signatures of the grantee.

For Graduated Grantees:

2 photocopies of any valid government-issued ID.
Each photocopy must bear three (3) specimen signatures of the grantee.

📌 Additional Requirements (If the Grantee Cannot Personally Sign)
The authorized representative must submit:

2 copies of the Authorization Letter signed by the grantee.
2 photocopies of the valid ID of the authorized representative, each with three (3) specimen signatures.

⚠️ Please ensure that all requirements are complete before the scheduled payroll signing to avoid delays.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Relative to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and the subsequent issuance of a memorandum from the Office of the Executive Director on the implementation of the said agreement, the Commission shall conduct an Orientation on the Landbank ATM Account Enrollment for CHED scholars under CMSP, MSRS, Estatistikolar, ACEF-GIAHEP, and CoScho, as well as grantees of UniFAST programs, particularly the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).

The orientation aims to ensure the efficient, secure, and transparent ATM-based disbursement of scholarship allowances and grants. It also seeks to facilitate the immediate, guided enrollment of scholars and grantees in Region IX and Region 15A (BARMM-A) for LBP ATM accounts, in coordination with Landbank representatives, CHEDRO IX personnel, and scholarship coordinators, including TESTDP focal persons, immediately following the orientation activity.

Students are advised to download the LandBank application prior to the orientation and bring the necessary valid identification for account opening. Kindly arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for attendance purposes.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Good day!

We regret to inform everyone that the meeting to be conducted in coordination with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), regarding the Virtual Caravan for the enrollment of ATM accounts for CHED scholars, has been cancelled.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to proceed with the event as planned. We understand that many were looking forward to this activity, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Further updates and information on any rescheduled activities will be shared as soon as they become available.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

All concerned Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees are hereby informed that a meeting will be conducted in coordination with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) regarding the Virtual Caravan for the Enrollment of ATM Accounts for CHED Scholars.

This activity is intended to facilitate and ensure the accurate enrollment of ATM accounts, which is necessary for the efficient and timely disbursement of financial assistance to qualified grantees.

Meeting Details:

Date: 20 April 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Venue: PCC Function Hall

All TES and TDP grantees are required to attend. Participants are advised to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting to allow for proper coordination and registration.

For further information and guidance, please coordinate with your Scholarship Coordinator.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

We would like to inform all students listed in the posted photos that the Signing of Payroll and Release of Funds will be held on March 24, 2026 (Tuesday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at PCC Gym – Tuburan.

Kindly prepare the following requirements:

Requirements:
For enrolled Students:
• Two (2) photocopies of Student ID with validation stickers (2nd Semester AY 2025–2026)
• Each photocopy must have three (3) signatures below
• Photocopies must be printed on long bond paper

For those who have already graduated:
• Two (2) photocopies of any government-issued ID
• Each photocopy must have three (3) signatures below
• Photocopies must be printed on long bond paper

Additional Requirements (for those cannot personally sign and claim their fund):
• Two (2) copies of Authorization Letter
• Two (2) photocopies of the claimant’s ID with three (3) signatures below.

NOTE:
If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may visit the Accounting Office any day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) until March 27, 2026.
