- M16 WOODEN RIFLE
- White Handkerchief/Panyo
- Yellow Pad Paper
- Blue Ballpen
- Umbrella for protection in any weather disturbances
- Water and Snacks

WHAT TO WEAR:
For Girls:
- ROTC SWEATSHIRT
- ROTC Bullcap
- Black Pants
- Garrison Belt
- Black Shoes and black socks
- Neatly low bunned Hair with black hairnet
- No dyed hair
- No accessories
- Nails must be neatly trimmed
- Strictly NO wearing of any kind of MAKE UPS!

For Boys:
- ROTC SWEATSHIRT
- ROTC Bullcap
- Black Pants
- Garrison Belt
- Black Shoes and black socks
- 0,2 haircut
- No dyed hair
- No accessories
- Nails must be neatly trimmed
- No beared /mustaches

From formation to classroom instruction, every command, movement, and lesson reflects the values of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and service. These moments capture the commitment of our cadets as they continue to build the knowledge, character, and readiness expected of future leaders.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐒𝐂𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔

The Saint Columban College Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit (SCCROTCU), under the supervision of COL ALFRED E RAMONES AGS (GSC) PA, Commandant, 1LT RODOLFO MARTIN PA (RES), Assistant Commandant, SSg MARICEL M LAAG (AGS) PA, Admin NCO, and Ms. ROSSEL L MONG, NSTP Coordinator, together with the Corps of Cadets, successfully conducted the Military Science 1 (MS-1) Classroom Instruction on 19 SEPTEMBER 2026 at the SCC Youth Development Center.

The formation commenced at exactly 0700H and concluded at 1200H. It started with the Flag-Raising Ceremony, followed by the filling out of the attendance matrix. Thereafter, the cadets assembled at the Youth Development Center and proceeded with the Military Science 1 (MS-1) classroom instruction.

The classroom instruction was delivered by PFC Nieschan O Paclibar PA (Res), who guided the cadets through the fundamental concepts and principles of Basic Signal Communication. The discussion strengthened the cadets’ understanding of effective communication while reinforcing the AFP Core Values, military discipline, courtesy, and proper military decorum.

SCCROTCU cadets were led by the Battalion Commander, CDT LTC CHYLSEA T EDULAN 1CL, together with her EXO, staffs, 1CLs, and 2CLs.

On September 18, 2026, the Saint Columban College ROTC Unit proudly participated in HUGYAW 2026, an environmental initiative under the “Takes Care of Mother Earth” program, through a Coastal Clean-up Drive. Together with fellow participants and community members, our ROTC Officers dedicated their time and service to keeping the community’s coastal area clean, safe, and appreciated. This initiative reflects the ROTCU's commitment to discipline, teamwork, environmental responsibility, and meaningful community service, proving that true service begins with taking action for the community.

SCCROTCU extends its sincere appreciation to the Barangay White Beach community and Barangay Captain Hon. Rey C. Rabanos for their warm welcome, support, and cooperation in making this activity a success.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the CTEAS Dean, Dr. Genesis Naparan, together with the teachers and CTEAS officers, for their invitation making this initiative possible.

• Blankets and other essential needs
• Other useful goods for affected families
