Please prepare the following:
✅ Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
✅ Senior High School Card / Form 138 (Original Copy)
✅ PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
✅ Marriage Contract (if married, photocopy)
✅ Two (2) 2×2 ID Pictures with Name Tag (White Background)
✅ One (1) Long Folder
✅ One (1) Long Brown Envelope

To all Incoming First Year BSIT Students, please be guided by the Standard Enrollment Procedures (In-Person) to ensure a smooth and hassle-free enrollment process.

📌 STANDARD ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Step 1: Secure an Enrollment Form from the Campus Admission Officer or download it through the official JHCSC Admissions and Testing Office.

Step 2: Proceed to your respective Program Chairperson for subject listing and confirmation.

Step 3: Proceed to the Campus Office of the Registrar for the submission of credentials, confirmation of enrollment, and issuance of your Certificate of Registration (COR).

✅ We encourage all incoming students to complete each step in the proper order to avoid delays during enrollment.
