✏️ Can communicate both oral and written
✏️ Physically and mentally fit

✏️ Must have completed training in SMAW NC II or a holder of SMAW NC II
✏️ Can communicate either oral and written
✏️ Physically and mentally fit
✏️ With good moral character
✏️ Can perform basic mathematical computation
