A new ID sling for COLLEGE Students is available now. For replacements, slings are available for purchase at our school's bookstore for only Php 70.00 and for new issuance of ID with sling, please visit IAR Office with your ID. Please be guided Thank you.

Please claim your ID according to the following schedule:
Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

This is the ID schedule for this first semester, A.Y. 2025-2026.
👉🏻 FIRST TIME ID: There is no charge for the first issuing of an identification card.
👉🏻 ID REPLACEMENT
To replace an old/worn-out ID, the student:
a. should surrender his/her ID at the DSA office and claim the official letter for the photographer
b. pays the RFID fee for ₱210.00 with sling, ₱150.00 w/o sling, ₱70.00 just sling, and
c. presents the official receipt and official letter for the photographer to the official photographer of the school.
👉🏻 LOST ID
To replace a lost ID card, the student:
a. presents an affidavit of loss notarized by a lawyer to the Official Photographer,
b. pays the I.D. fee, and
c. presents the official receipt to the official photographer of the school.
