🥤FROM IDEA TO BRAND: THE BEVERAGE BRAND CHALLENGE!

One day. One challenge. Endless creativity. 💡🔥

Our BSBA Marketing Management 2nd Year students took on a fast-paced challenge to create their very own original beverage brands—with only ONE DAY to prepare!

From developing a memorable brand name and logo to designing creative packaging, our future marketers also had to present their target market, Unique Selling Proposition (USP), brand positioning, and pricing strategy—putting their marketing knowledge and strategic thinking into action.

This activity challenged not only their creativity, but also their ability to think strategically, work under pressure, collaborate, and turn an idea into a marketable brand.

💡 In Marketing, creativity catches attention—but strategy gives a brand direction.

A huge congratulations to our amazing 3rd Year BSBA students who successfully presented their Feasibility Study Final Oral Defense earlier this morning, September 23, 2026 (Wednesday), at the PSBC New College Building! From sleepless nights, countless revisions, teamwork, and a whole lot of determination, you finally made it to this milestone and you did it with flying colors!

Your hard work, creativity, and confidence truly paid off. This is more than just a defense; it is another step toward becoming future business professionals ready to turn ideas into opportunities. ✨ Congratulations to all the groups! You should all be proud of what you have accomplished!

Dr. Magtibay is a distinguished Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), educator, researcher, and academic leader currently serving as the Department Head of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Program at Paete Science and Business College (PSBC), Philippines. She is committed to advancing excellence in business education through innovative instruction, scholarly research, and transformational academic leadership.

She holds Master of Arts in Education (MAEd), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees, reflecting her strong interdisciplinary foundation in education, business, and research. Her commitment to lifelong learning continues to inspire students, faculty members, and fellow professionals in pursuing academic and professional excellence.

As a department head, Dr. Magtibay provides strategic leadership in curriculum development, faculty mentoring, academic quality assurance, and program enhancement. She actively promotes learner-centered education, industry relevance, and research-driven instruction that prepares future business professionals to become ethical, innovative, and globally competitive leaders.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Magtibay has authored and co-authored research papers published in international journals, contributing valuable knowledge to the academic community. Her research interests encompass Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Education, and Community Development, reflecting her passion for generating evidence-based solutions that support organizational growth, educational advancement, and sustainable community empowerment.

This meaningful seminar equipped our future business professionals with valuable knowledge on 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆, responsible money management, saving, investing, and making informed financial decisions—essential skills for tomorrow's entrepreneurs, managers, and business leaders.
