Paete Science and Business College, Inc. held its 17th Commencement Exercises for college and graduate studies on May 26, 2026, at the Cultural Center in Santa Cruz, Laguna.
Leading Batch 2026 was Yhazmine Gail G. Fresnido from the Business Administration Department, who delivered the Valedictory Speech, while Karl Maynard R. Dela Cruz from Hospitality Management gave the Challenge Speech.
The ceremony honored the hard work and achievements of the graduates from the college and graduate studies programs. One of the highlights of the day was the inspiring commencement address delivered by Dr. Codofredo L. Señires III, which left the students with words of encouragement and motivation as they prepared to begin a new chapter in their lives and pursue their future goals with confidence and determination.
This year’s ceremony followed the Department of Education’s (DepEd) theme, “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character,” which highlights the importance of producing graduates who are not only academically capable but also guided by good values and responsible leadership.
Before the program concluded, Dearlyn Jean S. Fuller, also from the Business Administration Department, delivered a heartfelt tribute dedicated to all parents, expressing gratitude for their sacrifices, unwavering support, and guidance throughout the students’ academic journey.
The ceremony came to an emotional close as the Class of 2026 sang “Saranggola” by Ben&Ben and took their alumni oath, officially marking the beginning of their next journey.
