Walang pasok sa Pre-School hanggang Senior High School sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa buong Bayan ng Padre Garcia bukas Agosto 19, 2026 (Miyerkules).

Ang suspensyon ng face-to-face classes ay alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) dahil sa patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Habagat (Southwest Monsoon).

Kaugnay nito, ang mga paaralan ay lilipat sa alternative learning modes upang maipagpatuloy ang pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 128

In view of the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), alternative work arrangements and alternative learning modes shall be implemented on August 18, 2026in the affected areas, including Batangas.

For Public and Private Schools:
Unless otherwise directed by the respective Local Chief Executive (LCE), alternative learning modes for classes at all levels shall be implemented.

SMES SCHOOL INTRAMURALS 2026 🏆
What an exciting and memorable SMES School Intramurals it has been!

The Intramurals officially opened on the morning (6:25 am - 7:35 am) of August 14, bringing our students together in a celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie. The excitement continued throughout August 15, with our athletes giving their best in every game.

Beyond the wins and losses, the event reminded us that true victory lies in teamwork, friendship, perseverance, and playing with a good heart. ❤️
Congratulations to all our players, teams, teachers, and everyone who made this year’s Intramurals a success! Your enthusiasm and sportsmanship made the event truly special.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) at dahil sa inaasahang masamang panahon dulot ng Habagat na pinalalakas ng Tropical Cyclone "Dolphin", suspendido ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa bayan ng Padre Garcia bukas, ika-10 ng Agosto, araw ng Lunes.

Kaugnay nito, ang lahat ng mga paaralan na sakop ng nabanggit na anunsyo ay pansamantalang magpapatupad ng Modular Distance Learning (MDL).

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) at dahil sa inaasahang masamang panahon dulot ng Habagat na pinalalakas ng Bagyong "Maymay", suspendido ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa bayan ng Padre Garcia ngayong, ika-7 ng Agosto, araw ng Biyernes.

Kaugnay nito, ang lahat ng mga paaralan na sakop ng nabanggit na anunsyo ay pansamantalang magpapatupad ng Modular Distance Learning (MDL).

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 122 issued by the Office of the President, classes at all levels and work in government offices in Batangas Province are SUSPENDED today Thursday, August 6, 2026, due to the persistent heavy rainfall caused by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

DepEd HINTO (Stop) Policy
Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2026, the HINTO (Stop) All learning activities and classes are totally suspended because safety or basic needs are at risk

Important Reminders:
✅ No face-to-face classes at San Miguel Elementary School (SMES) on August 6, 2026.
✅ Government offices and agencies providing essential services, including health, emergency response, disaster management, and public safety, shall continue their operations.

The safety of our learners, teachers, parents, and school personnel remains our foremost concern. San Miguel Elementary School successfully conducted its 2nd Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session, centered on the timely and relevant theme: "Lead the Shift: Critical and Creative Thinking Strategies for Today's Classroom."

The session highlighted innovative teaching practices that empower educators to nurture learners' critical and creative thinking skills.

Developing Creative Thinking in Pupils was expertly discussed by Ma'am Mercelina D. Cuarto, Teacher V, who shared practical strategies to cultivate creativity and innovation in the classroom.

Higher-Order Thinking Questions (Bloom's Taxonomy)was presented by Ma'am Marieta G. Bolaños, Master Teacher II, emphasizing the effective use of higher-level questioning techniques to deepen learners' understanding, analysis, evaluation, and creativity.

This meaningful professional learning activity was conducted under the supervision and leadership of Ma'am Liza K. Marasigan, Principal I, whose unwavering commitment continues to inspire the faculty toward excellence in teaching and learning.

Together, we continue to lead the shift toward learner-centered, engaging, and future-ready education.

Nakikiisa ang Sangay ng Batangas sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa ngayong Agosto 2026 na may temang, "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Ito ay sa pangunguna ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino. Kinikilala ng tema ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 ang magkaugnay na papel ng wikang Filipino at artificial intelligence (AI) para sa makabansang gawain ng pananaliksik. Panawagan ito para sa responsableng paggamit ng AI habang tinitiyak na may makabuluhang espasyo ang Wikang Pambansa sa mga usaping may kinalaman sa mga umuusbong na teknolohiya at kaugnay na usaping pang-etika rito.

Ating ipagdiwang ang Wikang Pambansa 2026!
