"Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge β and a strong woman does this with clarity, courage, and conviction."
Today marks a new chapter to Padada Central as we said farewells and words of appreciation and gratitude to our Principal -- Ma'am Elene Marie Avila Gamboa. Indeed, your leadership left a mark not just to our school but to each teacher whose hand you guided, to the parents whose concerns you heard and most especially to the students whom you put first and hold dear to your heart. You were not just a principal but a mother who puts us first despite your hectic schedules, a multi-tasker who put everything in order and above all, a mentor who pushes us to be at our best for the betterment of the students.
May you keep on thriving on all of your endeavors and aspirations in your new station. Do know, that you will have a special place in our hearts.Thank you Ma'am Ye!
To maam Marife Dinapo Roilo, thank you for all of your shared knowledge, skills and strategies in your stay here in PCES. You're a dependable leader and friend; the one whom we can easily ask help and assistance. Thank you Ma'am!
We at PCES are looking forward for more growth, success and fulfillment the both of you will be gaining in your new stations. Your contributions, love and service here will make a lasting impact.
To our incoming principal, Ma'am Ida May P. Gumamay, welcome to PCES! We are ready to embark with you in continuing to uphold this school's Vision, Mission and Goals. Welcome to the family!
"Your departure marks the end of a great chapter, but the beginning of exciting new possibilities. Wishing you continued success wherever you go."
See you around Ma'am Ye and Ma'am Ping2!
WE LOVE YOU! πππ
