Announcement — Special Non-Working Holiday

December 8, 2025 — Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Ozamiz City

Please be informed that Monday, December 8, 2025 is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Ozamiz City.
All classes, administrative offices, and scheduled campus activities are suspended for the day.

Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

📢 ENROLLMENT FOR 2nd SEMESTER IS NOW OPEN!

Medina College – Ozamiz is now accepting enrollees for the 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026.
Classes will officially begin on December 9, 2025.

🟩 WHO MAY ENROLL:
• Continuing students
• New students / transferees

For Continuing Students:
• Previous semester’s assessment / clearance
• Updated registration form

For New Students & Transferees:
• Form 138 / TOR & Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
• PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• 2×2 ID Picture (2 pcs, white background)
• Good Moral Certificate


🟩 ENROLLMENT VENUE:
Registrar’s Office, Medina College – Ozamiz
(8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

🟩 REMINDERS:
• Please settle your enrollment early to avoid processing delays.
• Students with academic deficiencies must coordinate with their department before enrollment.
• Strictly observe campus protocols.

We didn’t just bring Medina College to OCSAT… we also extended our services to fellow participating schools for free as part of our shared commitment to community and student welfare.
