Empowering young minds to make the right choices!
Sancho V. Capa Integrated School successfully conducted the Barkada Kontra Droga Symposium & Mental Health Discussion on March 5, 2026, bringing together all Junior High School students in a meaningful conversation about living a life free from drugs and nurturing a healthy mind and heart.
We are honored to have Mr. Kenn Pacatang, RN, LPT, JD as our distinguished speaker, who shared valuable insights about the dangers of drug abuse, the importance of mental wellness, and how the youth can make responsible decisions despite life’s challenges. His inspiring message reminded our students that true strength lies in choosing what is right and protecting their future.
Through this activity, our learners were encouraged to strengthen peer support, value their mental health, and stand firm in saying NO to drugs. Together, we continue to build a community of empowered and responsible youth.
This initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the BKD Adviser Mrs. Guadalope Lomocso and officers, Yes-O Adviser Mrs. Ilene Mae Quicoy and officers, and SSLG officers working hand in hand to promote a safer and healthier school environment.
