Mahalaga ring maisama rito ang ilan sa mga bagay na mayroong impact sa ating mental health tulad ng pagkakaroon ng good governance, food security, livable wage, accessible healthcare, quality education, strong public infrastructures, at climate justice para magkaroon ng GINHAWA.

Kaya mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng kamalayan sa sarili, sa kapwa, at sa lipunan.
