Symposium on " Strengthening School Safety through Preventive Measures, Emergency Response Drills and School- PNP Coordination on Security-Related Incidents" with our guest speaker Police Master Sgt. Mc White Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Group. Thank you Sir for your precious time to enlightened our learners, parents and teachers on what are the safety measures. The most engaging part was the discussion on school-PNP coordination. Sir Mc White explained how quick reporting and teamwork between teachers, parents, and the PNP can prevent and respond to security-related incidents faster.

It was a productive afternoon that strengthened our partnership for a safer, more prepared Labinay ES

1st GPTA MEETING
JUNE 11, 2026 @3:30PM

The General PTA Meeting opened with an *AVP Prayer* and the singing of the *Philippine National Anthem*. Our *School Principal, Sir Joseph M. Amisola, *, welcomed all parents and guardians, then presented the agenda for the school year.

*Agenda Discussed:*
1. Status of the project. - 100% completion
2. Financial report of the proceeds of the fund raising
3. Proposed project for this school year
4. Canteen and Feeding Program
5. *Election of Officers SY 2026-2027* – The election of the new set of PTA Officers was conducted. The newly elected officers were presented and pledged to support school programs.
6. Brief information on the 3 term school calendar
7. Deped rules/ policy on " No read, No pass"

The meeting ended with closing prayer from Nanay Enrequita,one of our cathecist. Parents expressed support and commitment to partner with the school for the success of all programs.

*Day 5 Narrative: 4Ps + SELG, Sabay sa Brigada*
_June 5, 2026_

Day 5 of Brigada Eskwela at Labinay ES was full of teamwork and good vibes.

*4Ps volunteers*, guided by their parent leaders, came early to help. They focused on the school ground area and back area — sweeping fallen leaves, segregating trash, and cleaning the wash area near the canteen.

Our *SELG Officers* were there too, working side by side with the 4Ps parents. The officers gave directions to each team, and made sure everyone had cold water and juice with bread under the shade.

Tawanan at kwentuhan habang naglilinis — proof na mas gumagaan ang trabaho kapag sama-sama.

By 11 AM, the school ground was noticeably cleaner and ready for opening week.

Maraming salamat sa 4Ps volunteers, sa kanilang leaders, at sa ating SELG Officers. _Iba talaga ang lakas ng bayanihan ng magulang at kabataan._ 💚
