๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐: ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐, a Psychology Workshop Seminar initiated by the ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ of ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ-๐๐ณ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ last ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, brought participants into a space where theory meets lived experience, and where understanding begins with the person behind every case.
The first session, Behind the Case, opened with a discussion on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), presented by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ญ-๐๐ข๐๐จ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ, ๐๐๐, highlighting how structured therapeutic approaches are applied in real-life practice. Rather than being used rigidly, CBT was presented as a framework that is adapted based on the clientโs experiences, needs, and context. This perspective was grounded in her emphasis that therapy must remain responsive to the realities of the individual being served.
This was further deepened through the discussion presented by ๐๐ซ. This reminder reframed counseling not just as technique, but as presence, where understanding is shaped by empathy, awareness, and the ability to meet people where they are. He further highlighted how real cases in counseling and rehabilitation are understood through multiple layers of context, including values, culture, lived experiences, and behavior, rather than isolated symptoms or labels.
Building from this foundation, the second session transitioned into
Here, the focus shifted to immediate, practical response, how support is offered in moments of distress with clarity, care, and appropriateness. As he emphasized during the session, "๐๐ค ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ก๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐จ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐ฃ๐๐ช๐ง๐ ๐๐ช๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐" -๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ค๐ง ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ก, reflecting the responsibility and emotional demand that comes with helping others carry their experiences.
Together, the Seminar-Workshop underscored a central idea: psychology is not only understood through concepts, but through practice, where every case requires attention to context, humanity, and thoughtful response.
