To the Governor who somehow manages to lead 14 “disciplined” officers 😆, thank you for being the steady hand that keeps this wonderfully chaotic family together.

Behind every meeting, every event, every late-night planning session, and every “unsa na pud ni?” moment, you’ve led with patience, strength, and a heart that genuinely cares. Your leadership has not only shaped this council but has also reminded us that being a leader isn’t about being the loudest—it’s about showing up, standing firm, and believing in your people even on the most chaotic days.

Our council may be noisy and unpredictable, but because of you, it has become more than just a team, it became a family. A family that laughs together, grows together, and somehow survives every deadline together.
