📢 ENROLLMENT FOR 2nd SEMESTER IS NOW OPEN!

Medina College – Ozamiz is now accepting enrollees for the 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026.
Classes will officially begin on December 9, 2025.

🟩 WHO MAY ENROLL:
• Continuing students
• New students / transferees

For Continuing Students:
• Previous semester’s assessment / clearance
• Updated registration form

For New Students & Transferees:
• Form 138 / TOR & Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
• PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• 2×2 ID Picture (2 pcs, white background)
• Good Moral Certificate


🟩 ENROLLMENT VENUE:
Registrar’s Office, Medina College – Ozamiz
(8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

🟩 REMINDERS:
• Please settle your enrollment early to avoid processing delays.
• Students with academic deficiencies must coordinate with their department before enrollment.
• Strictly observe campus protocols.
