Being still doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means quieting our hearts enough to hear God, trusting Him even when we don’t understand, and allowing Him to work in ways we cannot yet see.

You may not have all the answers today.
You may not know what tomorrow will bring.
You may even be carrying something that no one else knows about.

But you can pause and say:

“Lord, I may not understand what is happening, but I know You are with me.”

Sometimes, the greatest act of faith is not moving faster, it is learning to be still and trust God. 🙏🤍

This week, take a moment to breathe, pray, and remember: God is still God, even when life feels uncertain. 🌿

🤍 Kapag pagod ka nang tumayo, subukan mong lumuhod.

Minsan, ang kailangan lang natin ay huminto. Lumuhod. Huminga. At ipagkatiwala sa Kanya ang mga bagay na hindi na natin kayang dalhin.

Dahil ang pagluhod ay hindi tanda ng kahinaan. Hindi rin ito palaging pagsuko. Minsan, ito ang paraan para sabihin natin, “Lord, hindi ko na kaya mag-isa. Kayo na po.”

Kapag hindi mo na alam kung paano tatayo, lumuhod ka muna.
Kapag hindi mo na alam ang susunod na hakbang, manalangin ka muna.
At kapag mabigat na ang lahat, ipagkatiwala mo muna sa Diyos.

Hindi ka kailangang tumayo nang mag-isa.
Lumuhod ka. Manalangin ka. At hayaang ang Diyos ang magpalakas sa iyo. 🙏🤍

🥪🌿 Healthy Sandwich Making Contest 2026 🌿🥪

Today, July 24, 2026, our Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3 learners showcased their creativity, teamwork, and healthy eating habits during the Healthy Sandwich Making Contest, one of the exciting activities in celebration of Nutrition Month 2026.

Our young chefs demonstrated that preparing nutritious food can be both fun and enjoyable. Through this activity, they learned the importance of making healthy food choices while developing valuable life skills such as cooperation, creativity, and proper food preparation.

Congratulations to all our participants for their outstanding effort and enthusiasm! We are also grateful to our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and judges who helped make this event a success.

Together, let us continue promoting healthy eating habits and inspiring our learners to live healthier, happier lives.
