Masustansya, Ligtas, at PPANalong Holiday Season

Ngayong holiday season tiyak na kaliwa’t kanan ang salo-salo, pero mas masarap kapag sigurado tayong malusog at balanse ang ating mga handaan. Para maging mas PPANalo ang mga selebrasyon ngayong kapaskuhan, narito ang tips para sa healthy eating:

1. Gamitin ang Pinggang Pinoy bilang gabay sa bawat kainan
2. Maghanda ng mas masustansyang putahe
3. Tubig muna, iwas sa sugary drinks
4. Kumain pero huwag sobra
5. Mag-ehersisyo
6. Siguruhing ligtas ang ihahain at kakainin

Ang masustansya at balanseng salo-salo ang pinakamagandang handog para sa ating pamilya ngayong Pasko. Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang holiday season nang may moderation at tamang kaalaman sa ating kinakain.

TIPS TO SLEEP BETTER 😴

Here are 5 tips to help you sleep better ⬇️

🔹 Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
🔹 If possible, make your sleeping area quiet, dark, relaxing and at a comfortable temperature.
🔹 Limit your use of electronic devices, such as TVs, computers and smartphones, before sleeping.
🔹 Avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol before bedtime.
🔹 Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.

Sama-sama nating panoorin ang gameshow na hindi lang masaya (at medyo nakakapagod 😅), informative rin!
