LOOK | Batuan-Cadinglian National High School continues to strengthen its commitment to research and innovation as our School Principal I, Sir Marvin M. Rojo, attended the 1st Congressional District Research Committee’s Evaluation of Research Proposals held on August 26, 2026, at the Igbaras National High School Conference Room.

The activity brought together education leaders, district research coordinators, school heads, and content specialists in a collaborative effort to evaluate and provide recommendations on research proposals. The event highlighted the importance of quality research in addressing educational concerns and promoting evidence-based practices within the Schools Division.

Sir Marvin’s participation reflects the strong commitment of the BatCadNHS family to support research initiatives and continuously encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in education.

LOOK | The Teachers’ Employees’ Association (TEA) of Batuan-Cadinglian National High School is undertaking the drafting and formulation of its Constitution and By-Laws to establish a clear and strong framework for the organization’s purpose, structure, membership, leadership, duties, responsibilities, and operational procedures. This important initiative aims to promote the welfare, rights, and collective interests of both teaching and non-teaching personnel while strengthening unity and cooperation within the school community.

The drafting activity is headed by TEA President Mrs. Emelyn Samson, who leads the association in ensuring that the proposed Constitution and By-Laws reflect the needs and aspirations of its members. The undertaking is conducted with the valuable guidance and full support of Sir Marvin Rojo, Principal I, whose leadership and encouragement continue to inspire collaboration, active participation, transparency, and accountability among all employees.

Through the collective efforts of the TEA officers, members, and the school administration, the drafting of the Constitution and By-Laws marks a meaningful step toward building a stronger, more organized, and empowered association. Once finalized and adopted, this guiding document will help ensure the effective and harmonious operation of the Teachers’ Employees’ Association in fulfilling its commitment to serve and promote the welfare of its members and contribute to the continued progress of Batuan-Cadinglian National High School.

SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENT | CLASS SUSPENSION

Please be informed that classes are suspended this afternoon, August 25, 2026, in all levels, covering both public and private schools in the Municipality of Oton, Iloilo.

The suspension is due to unpredictable weather conditions and reports of flooding in some areas.

Learners, parents, and guardians are advised to stay safe and remain updated through official announcements.

LOOK | BATUAN-CADINGLIAN NHS SCHOOL LEADER JOINS REGIONAL ASSEMBLY OF EDUCATION LEADERS 2026

A meaningful opportunity for professional growth and leadership development!

School Principal I Sir Marvin M. Rojo of Batuan-Cadinglian National High School actively participated in the Regional Assembly of Education Leaders, held on August 17–20, 2026, at the Iloilo Convention Center, organized by the Department of Education – Region VI, Western Visayas.

The four-day assembly brought together education leaders from across the region to engage in insightful discussions, leadership sessions, and meaningful exchanges focused on strengthening educational leadership and improving the delivery of quality basic education.

Among the key topics highlighted during the assembly were Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Education, Personal Branding and Professional Image for School Leaders, AI in Education, Curriculum Innovation, Human Relationships in School Leadership, Financial Stewardship and Accountability, Legal Issues on School Bullying, and Voices of Educational Leadership.

The gathering also featured distinguished education leaders and experts, including Regional Director Cristito A. Eco, CESO III, Dr. Carmela C. Oracion, SDS Ruby Therese P. Almencion, and other esteemed speakers and education stakeholders.

For Sir Marvin, participation in this regional gathering is an opportunity to gain new perspectives, strengthen leadership competencies, and bring valuable insights back to BatCadNHS—all in pursuit of a more responsive, innovative, and learner-centered school community.
