We believe in 7 Essential Life Skills to help your Child succeed while enjoying life!
3. Communication
Children need high-touch personal interactions every day to build healthy social-emotional skills, including the ability to understand and communicate with others.
While the pace at which they develop these skills may vary, children need to learn how to “read” social cues and listen carefully. At an early age, they must be taught to consider what they want to communicate and the most effective way to share it.
In Saint Vincent Ferrer Positivity Day Camp, we encourage healthy communication between childcare nannies and your children. We make sure to incorporate a closing session each day where children take turns to talk or share anything they want with an interested adult, as this can help build these skills.
At home, we advise parents to spend time every night before bed time to listen and respond to your children without distractions.
Admission is on going whole year round in Svfpdc. We hope to see you there! :)
