The ๐‘ฉ๐’๐’•๐’๐’๐’ˆ-๐‘ช๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’‚๐’๐’ƒ๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ต๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ฏ๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‰ ๐‘บ๐’„๐’‰๐’๐’๐’ (๐‘บ๐‘บ๐‘ณ๐‘ฎ) former President, Cristy Dawn Rafols, together with newly elected President, Lorence General, participated in the ๐™”๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™ ๐˜ฝ๐™ค๐™ค๐™ฉ ๐˜พ๐™–๐™ข๐™ฅ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™‡๐™”๐˜ฟ๐˜พ ๐™ˆ๐™š๐™ข๐™—๐™š๐™ง๐™จ 2026 held on May 20โ€“21, 2026, at Bearland Resort, Tigbauan, Iloilo.

Spearheaded by the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) of Oton, the activity brought together youth leaders and representatives from different organizations to further develop their leadership capabilities and promote responsible youth participation in governance.

One of the major highlights of the camp was the discussion on the โ€œ๐Ÿ“ ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐„๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐„๐ง๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ,โ€ a learning module created by the UGYON Youth Organization and delivered by its founder, Mr. Zyril De los Angeles.

The boot camp served as a platform to inspire and empower youth representatives by strengthening their leadership, knowledge, and sense of responsibility as aspiring young Ogtonganon leaders.

The new set of Botong-Cabanbanan National High School SSLG Officers partly participated in the Seminar-Workshop "KATIPUNAN FORMATION PROGRAM: STEWARDSHIP IN GOOD CITIZENSHIP" held at Trapiche (Covered) Gymn on May 15, 2026

A civic formation initiative by the Kaya Natin! Movement and the Bana-รกg Iloilo! Youth Coalition, locally implemented by Ugyon Youth, promoting responsible citizenship, civic engagement, and nation-building among the youth. Together with this, (7) participants from BCNHS participated in this activity. The program inspires students to get involved. Whether through community service, volunteering, or youth advocacy, it helps students find their voice and realize that they don't have to wait until they are adults to make a meaningful difference.
