​This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for submitting application forms for our Special Science Elementary School (SSES) Program is fast approaching.
To ensure your child is considered eligible for admission, please submit the required documents together with the duly accomplished Application Form by FEBRUARY 20, 2026, 5:00 PM at OCES Science Lab, 2/F left side of the front building.

To all aspiring young scientists and innovators! Preparing your application for the Special Science Elementary School Program is the first step toward a rigorous and exciting academic journey. To ensure your application is processed without delays, please follow these guidelines carefully.
1. Please use UPPERCASE LETTERS for all personal information.
2. Complete all fields:
✅Personal Information, Family Information and Kindergarten Information.
✅School Head's (Principal's) Certification with the Principal's Signature.
✅Medical Certificate - Let the Physician Sign on the Application Form. No need to issue a separate Medical Certificate.
✅Declaration and Agreement- Printed Name and Signature of the Applicant and Parent/Guardian.
3. Attach Required Documents
✅ 2 passport size photo
✅Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
✅Certified Copy of School Report Card
✅Certified Copy of ECCD Checklist

Submit the Duly Accomplished Application Form and Required Documents to Mrs. Sunshine O. Banaag at OCES Science Laboratory, 2/F right side of front building from 4:00- 4:30 PM from February 2 -20, 2026.

*Application forms with INCOMPLETE information and lacking documents will not be included in the official list of Qualified Applicants.
