The only time "folding under pressure" is actually highly encouraged. 😉🍷

In our Food and Beverage Services class today, we learned that true hospitality is hidden in the finest details. Mastering the art of folding table napkins is so much more than just a table setup; it’s about creating a welcoming atmosphere and elevating the entire dining experience before the food even arrives.

It takes a lot of patience, precision, and a few failed attempts to get those crisp, elegant lines just right, but we’re officially ready to bring some five-star energy to the table! ✌️✨

Today, each student in Grade 11 Sodium worked individually on creating our À la Carte Menu and Table d’Hôte Menu for our Food and Beverage Operations (FBO) subject. 🍽️📖

This activity challenged us to showcase our creativity, apply what we’ve learned about menu planning, and improve our presentation skills. Every menu reflects our own ideas, effort, and dedication while helping us prepare for future opportunities in the hospitality industry.

‎GREAT JOB, SODIUM!🫶🏻🤩

‎In our FBO subject, we explored different emergency situations that can happen in the kitchen. Through this activity, we learned the correct steps to prevent accidents and how to respond properly when they occur. Safety is always our priority! 🫰🏻

‎Today, our Grade 11 Sodium class had a very meaningful activity in our FBO (Food and Beverage Services) subject, we performed a role play focusing on kitchen emergencies and safety procedures.
‎
‎We acted out real-life situations that can happen in any kitchen — from slips and falls, minor cuts to small fires and burn incidents. Through this activity, we didn’t just memorize the rules, we learned how to respond correctly, what to do immediately, and how to prevent accidents before they happen.

🗳️✨Bright Leaders, Brighter Future: G-11 Sodium Elects New Officers

The students of Grade 11 Sodium successfully elected their new set of class officers for the school year 2026-2027. The election aimed to choose responsible and capable leaders who will represent the class and help organize activities and programs. Through a fair and democratic process, students cast their votes and selected officers they believe can lead sa the class toward success. The newly elected officers are expected to promote unity, responsibility, and active participation among their classmates, creating a brighter future for G-11 Sodium.
