A day filled with learning, sharing, and growing together! 💙📚

Last July 22, instructors from Kumon Centers across the Philippines gathered at Solaire Resort for the 𝟮𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀' 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲—a meaningful opportunity to reconnect, exchange insights, and strengthen our shared commitment to our students.

Representing Kumon Cebu Business Park (CBP) were our Chief Instructor, T. Tin, and T. Niña, together with fellow instructors from different Kumon branches nationwide. 🇵🇭

The conference allowed us to reflect on our goals for our students, share effective practices, and discover ways to further improve center operations and instruction. More importantly, it reminded us of the bigger purpose behind what we do—to help children become independent, disciplined, confident, and persevering learners, while developing valuable work skills such as focus, responsibility, time management, and consistency. 🌱

At Kumon, we believe that every worksheet, every correction, and every small achievement contributes to something bigger: helping children develop the ability to learn on their own and grow beyond the classroom. 💙

Today, we're celebrating Cherry's incredible 1-year journey in Kumon! 💙

When Cherry first started, she was at:
📖 Reading: Level 7A – Repeating Words
🔢 Math: Level 5A – Number Reading Exercises

Through consistent practice, determination, and hard work, especially in her HOMEWORK, Cherry has made amazing progress!

✨ Current Achievement:
📚 Reading: Level BI – Vocabulary (approximately 6 months advanced for Grade 1)
➗ Math: Level B – Subtraction of 2-Digit Numbers (approximately 6 months advanced for Grade 1)

One year of small, consistent steps has led to remarkable growth. Cherry's journey reminds us that with perseverance and the right support, every child can build confidence and reach new heights.
