Make No Small Plans, Dream Big Dreams. 💙💛

In celebration of the 37th National Statistics Month, with the theme “Tuklas Pilipinas: Statistics as Beacon Towards Inclusive, Resilient, and Sustainable Tourism.”, Southern Capital Colleges proudly participated in the Philippine Statistics Quiz, held today, October 1, 2026, at La Elena Pension House, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental.

Representing the institution were three talented students from different academic programs: Alysza Surmeon of BEED, Rica Duhaylungsod of BSBA, and JV Tagnipis of BSCrim, under the guidance of their coach, Mrs. Leslie Loren S. Lagumbay.

A remarkable achievement for the SCC delegation, as JV Tagnipis clinched 2nd place, earning his ticket to the upcoming Regional Statistics Quiz! His success is a testament to the dedication, perseverance, and passion for excellence that our students embody.

Congratulations to our participants and coach for proudly representing Southern Capital Colleges! May this milestone inspire us to continue nurturing minds, embracing challenges, and reaching greater heights through knowledge and excellence. 🏆👏

Make No Small Plans, Dream Big Dreams! 💙💛
