Today, we recognize the importance of CPR and the difference it can make in an emergency. Knowing how to respond when every second counts can help save a life and give someone another chance to be with the people they love.

May we continue to learn, share, and promote this life-saving skill so that more people are prepared to help when it matters most.

WHAT IS UP⁉️
Hi fellow citizens‼️

Today is another day of progress and improvements. The Red Cross Youth Volunteers of Misamis Occidental National High School successfully conducted their “CPR REFRESHER” activity alongside participating organizations: SDRRM, BSP, and GSP!

This refresher is more than training,it’s a reminder that every student has the potential to be a hero, ready to step forward when seconds count. 💪⛑️📣

CPR is more than school training,it’s a powerful act of bravery and compassion.

The Red Cross Youth of Misamis Occidental National High School have just brought to a successful close on its 2nd Refresher and Lecture Activity today on 7/15/26, that is about the Philippine Red Cross Hymn (PRC) and Life Power.

This express the learning of our fellow RCY, about the PRC Hymn and the life power that they may memorize this songs and put it in there hearts . We are very thankful for those volunteers who participated in this refresher. 🤍

We are ready to serve, we are committed and more than ready to serve 💪🤍‼️

The Red Cross Youth Organization of Misamis Occidental National High School (MONHS) has successfully concluded its Refresher Activity on the 7 Fundamental Principles and the History of RCY.

With a deeper understanding of our roots and mission, our volunteers successfully recited the fundamental principles by heart and now carry a profound knowledge of the history that drives our humanitarian movement.

We are ready, we are refreshed, and we are more committed than ever to serve! 💪❤️

Stronger bonds, shared laughter, and meaningful connections marked the successful Kamustahan and Team Building Activity of the Red Cross Youth of Misamis Occidental National High School on July 10, 2026. ❤️🤍

In collaboration with the Barkada Kontra Droga Organization, the activity brought members together to foster teamwork, camaraderie, and unity—building a stronger community of young leaders and volunteers.

Our Red Cross Youth, just served during at our flag raising today at MONHS. They are very worried about the people, especially in today's weather, and they also helped with our crowd control so no students ,teacher , would get injured. ✅

Our very big thanks for those volunteers, who volluntered in todays flag raising, and for helping everyone go to there classrooms safely, without anyone hurt or get injured. 🤍
