📢 Announcement: Submission of Requirements for TDP Batch 25.1
In line with the processing of the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), all newly qualified Batch 25.1 grantees are hereby requested to submit the following documents on or before July 13, 2026-8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

-TDP Application Form

-Original/Certified True Copy or electronically-generated COR/COE for 1st Semester A.Y. 2025–2026

- Original Certificate of Indigency issued by the Punong Barangay where the applicant resides

-Copy of Student’s current School ID with three (3) specimen signatures

📌 Kindly ensure that all documents are complete and properly signed to avoid delays in processing. Late submissions will not be entertained.

Applicants whose names appear on the official list are advised to visit the USTP Oroquieta Campus Admission Office on July 9, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, to confirm their acceptance of the admission slot.

For those unable to appear in person, confirmation may also be made by calling 0912-292-6932 during the same period.

1. Form 138 / Certificate of Grades / TOR
2. School ID
3. 2x2 ID Photo (original)
4. PSA Birth Certificate
5. Parent’s ITR or Certificate of Tax Exemption
