BREATHE IN, HOLD ON — YOU ARE VALUED
SPC Mental Health Campaign | Part 2

We continue our Mental Health Campaign with a meaningful conversation on caring for ourselves and others through difficult moments.

For Part 2, we are joined by three speakers who will share their insights on different aspects of mental health and well-being:

Responding to Crisis — Ms. Pam Larrazabal, RN
Advocating for Wellness — Mrs. Marimel Senefrota, RGC
Faith and Mental Health — Rev. Fr. Justin M. Alcantara, SThB

Through these conversations, we hope to encourage greater awareness, compassion, and openness toward mental health and help-seeking. Whether we are facing challenges ourselves or supporting someone who is, every moment of understanding and care can make a difference.

Take a moment to breathe. Hold on. Remember that you are valued.

It’s okay to pause, take a breath, and simply exist.

Life can feel overwhelming, and the weight of expectations, stress, and silent struggles is heavy to carry alone. But please remember: your worth is not measured by your productivity, your grades, or how much you can handle.

As part of our Mental Health Campaign and in observance of World Su***de Awareness and Prevention, we want you to know one important truth today: You are valued.

Support is available, and you never have to navigate the hard days alone. Together, let us break the silence, raise awareness, and extend hope to those who need it most.

Join us in the SPC Mental Health Awareness Campaign 2026 as we stand together for hope, healing, and resilience.

Date: September 23, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM onwards
Venue: SPC Gymnasium

| ANTI-BULLYING CAMPAIGN 2026
“STOP. THINK. BE KIND.” |

The St. Peter’s College of Ormoc, Inc. – Student Assistance Center, Peer
Facilitators’ Circle (PFC) invites everyone to be part of an important
conversation on CYBERBULLYING tomorrow, August 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM
at the HED AVR with the special topic:

“CYBERBULLYING: THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK, POST, AND SHARE.”

In a world where a single comment, message, or post can deeply affect
someone, let us learn how to use our digital spaces responsibly and
compassionately.

Join us as we listen, learn, and stand together against cyberbullying
through meaningful talks, discussions, and an open forum with our invited
speakers.

Let us be the generation that chooses kindness over cruelty, respect
over judgment, and courage over silence.
Remember: Think before you click. Think before you post. Think before
you speak.

STOP BULLYING. START KINDNESS.
See you tomorrow, everyone! Let us make our online and offline community
a safer place for all.✨

In Fide Discimus; Per Servitium Ducimus.
In Faith, We Learn; Through Service, We Lead.
