We are pleased to inform the graduates listed below that their DIPLOMAS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR CLAIMING at the Registrar’s Office.
𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎 𝙐𝙋𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙄𝙈𝙄𝙉𝙂:
1. If Claimed Personally:
• Valid ID (School ID or Government-issued ID)
2. If Claimed by a Representative:
• Authorization Letter (handwritten or printed with signature of the graduate)
• Valid ID of the Graduate (photocopy)
• Valid ID of the Authorized Representative (original and photocopy)
• Please indicate the name and relationship of the representative to the graduate in the authorization letter.
Note: We are still awaiting the approved Special Order (S.O.) from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office VIII for the graduates whose names are not yet included in this initial list.
An updated announcement will be released once the Special Order is received and the remaining diplomas are ready for release by batch.
