On June 17, 2026, at 8:30 AM, our aspiring nurses of 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝑹𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐 will gather to celebrate the 𝟏𝟖𝒕𝒉 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚—a milestone that signifies their unwavering dedication, compassionate spirit, and readiness to embrace the noble calling of nursing.

As they receive their pins, may this occasion serve as a reminder that every act of care begins with a heart willing to serve and a commitment to make a difference in the lives of others.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 40th PNA Eastern Visayas Regional Convention

Committed to lifelong learning and nursing excellence, Dean Sardan and our Clinical Instructors proudly participated in the 40th PNA Regional Convention at Biliran Province State University. The convention served as a valuable platform for professional development, collaboration, and the advancement of nursing practice, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to excellence in nursing education and healthcare service.

𝙄𝙉 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙎 | 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 🤝

With hearts committed to service and minds prepared for excellence, 21 𝑛𝑒𝑤𝑙𝑦 𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑛𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑠 from San Lorenzo Ruiz College of Ormoc, Inc. proudly joined the 𝑁𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑠' 𝑂𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐶𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑦 📜 held at the DRTREFI Gymnasium in Tacloban City.

The ceremony, formally commencing at 10:15 AM, was conducted by the Professional Regulatory Board for Nurses in collaboration with the Philippine Nurses Association Region VIII and assisted by the PRC Regional Office VIII. A total of 303 successful nursing board passers gathered to take the oath, marking a significant milestone in their professional journey. 🩺

Sharing this proud moment were the Dean of the College of Nursing, Dean Sardan, along with several Clinical Instructors, whose guidance and dedication helped shape these future healthcare professionals. Their presence reflected not only a proud moment for the institution but also the continuing legacy of SLRC in shaping nurses committed to service and excellence. 👏

With a single oath, the white uniform carries a deeper meaning—not as a symbol of achievement alone, but as a promise to care, to serve, and to stand beside those who need it most. Today, a new chapter begins. 🏥

In celebration of International Nurses Day 2026, the Student Nurses of the College of Nursing from San Lorenzo Ruiz College of Ormoc together with our Clinical Instructors join the Philippine Nurses Association Northwestern Leyte Chapter, proudly expressed our heartfelt gratitude to the inspiring nurses of our partner hospital, Ormoc Doctors' Hospital, through the giving of simple tokens of appreciation.

Anchored on this year’s theme, “𝑂𝑢𝑟 𝑁𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑠. 𝑂𝑢𝑟 𝐹𝑢𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒. 𝐸𝑚𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑁𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑠 𝑆𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠,” this meaningful gesture serves as a tribute to the dedication, compassion, and strength of nurses who continue to touch lives, bring comfort, and make a difference every single day. ✨

Two days 🗓. One dream 💭. A lifetime calling 👩‍⚕️.

Last February 26 & 27 in Tacloban, Batch Quebec bravely took the PNLE, carrying with them years of sacrifice, sleepless nights, and unwavering faith.

With the steadfast support of our Clinical Instructors — Mr. Bernardo, Mrs. Arcuino, Mrs. Bernardo, and Mrs. Montealto — they walked into the exam rooms ready to conquer.

May every prayer whispered and every effort poured into this journey be rewarded. We claim it — the next time we call your names, it will be with pride, honor, and the title "𝑅𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑁𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒." 🩺
