•All applicants are subject to evaluation and approval.
•Submission of requirements does not guarantee a slot.
•Trainee applicants must wait for qualification results before confirmation of enrollment.

Priority is given to out-of-school youth, unemployed and underemployed adults, returning OFWs, and individuals belonging to marginalized groups (e.g., PWDs, Indigenous Peoples).
