Present during the activity were 𝙇𝘾𝘿𝙍 𝙅𝙄𝙈𝙎𝙊𝙉 𝙇 𝐑𝐄Ñ𝐎𝐒 𝙋𝙉 (𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙩), 𝙎𝙎𝙜𝙩. 𝙆𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙈𝙀𝙇 𝘿 𝙈𝘼𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙏𝘼 𝙋𝙉(𝙈), 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙊2 𝙅𝙀𝙍𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝘼 𝘼𝙍𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙊 𝙋𝙉, together with the 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙒/𝘾𝘼𝙋𝙏 𝙀𝙇𝙄𝙕𝘼𝘽𝙀𝙏𝙃 𝙈 𝘽𝙐𝘼𝙔𝘼𝘽𝘼𝙉 1𝘾𝙇.

In the absence of the Campus Director, 𝙅𝙊𝙎𝙀𝙋𝙃 𝙅𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙇 𝙎. 𝙈𝙊𝙍𝙋𝙊𝙎 (𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧-𝙞𝙣-𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚) 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙔 𝙅𝙊𝙔 𝘽. 𝘽𝘼𝙇𝙏𝙊𝙉𝘼𝘿𝙊 (𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙋 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧) attended the meeting.

The discussion covered various important matters concerning the unit, including the status of enrollees, proper management of funds, and possible improvements to strengthen the unit. They also talked about the responsibilities of ROTC cadets and officers, particularly their duties inside and outside the campus, as well as the need to enhance discipline, leadership, and participation. In addition, opportunities for further training and development of ROTC officers were discussed, where the school may extend its support to help improve their skills and overall performance.

This activity is important as it ensures that the unit remains organized, updated, and aligned with its goals. It also strengthens coordination between the unit and the school administration, allowing better support for the cadets. Through this, the unit can continue to develop responsible, disciplined, and capable future leaders.

Yesterday, the 534th ROTC Affiliated Unit held a clean-up drive at the EVSU–Ormoc Campus. This activity shows our duty to serve and give back to the school. Service is one of the core values of ROTC, and through this simple effort, we helped keep the campus clean and organized. Working together as one unit, we showed discipline, teamwork, and responsibility in action.

Our first NROTC formation for the Second Semester officially commenced today with a well-organized and productive session.

The formation opened with a course overview discussed by the Corps Commander MW/Capt Elizabeth M Buayaban 1CL outlining expectations and responsibilities of the corps.

This was followed by a discussion on Philippine Navy History and Philippine Navy Organization discussed by M/LT Harry Chris P Toyong 3CL providing foundational knowledge on naval structure.

The activity concluded with Close Order Drills supervised by M/LT William P Pame 3CL focusing on proper movement coordination and discipline.
