The Senior Class Organization - Batch Horizon would like to inform you that tomorrow, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, will be the last day for the release of your yearbook.

If you are claiming it personally, please present a valid ID.

If someone is claiming it on your behalf, they must present the following:
🔴Authorization letter
🔴A copy of your valid ID
🔴Their own valid ID

To all graduates of Batch Horizon:
You may claim your Yearbook today until 5:00 PM only.

The Senior Class Organization is pleased to inform all Academic Year 2023–2024 graduates that the official yearbook will be released on May 2 and 3, 2025.

Yearbooks may be claimed at the former Student Affairs and Services Office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the specified dates.

📌 For Personal Claiming:
Graduates must present a Photocopy of one (1) valid ID

📌 For Claiming Through an Authorized Representative:
The authorized representative must present the following:

Authorization Letter signed by the graduate
Photocopy of the graduate’s valid ID
Photocopy of the representative’s valid ID

Please ensure all requirements are complete and accurate to avoid delays in claiming your yearbook.
