IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
SLRC INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL ACCOUNTS
NOTICE OF ACCOUNT DELETION

The San Lorenzo Ruiz College of Ormoc, Inc. hereby announces that all SLRC Institutional Email Accounts (.edu.ph) of graduates from Batch 2020 to Batch 2026 are scheduled for permanent deletion as part of the College's Google Workspace account management and storage optimization program.

All affected alumni who wish to retain their institutional email account must contact the IT Specialist by sending an email to ([email protected]) on or before July 29, 2026 (within five (5) days from the publication of this announcement).

Failure to submit a request within the specified period will result in the permanent deletion of the institutional email account.

Important Reminder

Once an account is deleted, all stored data will also be permanently removed, including:

Gmail emails
Google Drive files
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
Google Photos (if applicable)
Calendar data and other Google Workspace services

Please note that permanently deleted accounts and their contents cannot be recovered or restored.

All affected graduates are strongly encouraged to download or transfer any important files before the deletion date.

We also request everyone to share this announcement with fellow SLRC graduates who may be affected.

UniFAST – Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for Academic Year 2026-2027 is now OPEN!

If you are:

~ freshman, transferee or continuing SLRC Student;
~ enrolled in BS Nursing, BS MedTech or BS Pharmacy, Year Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 this coming Academic Year 2026-2027;
~ with either regular or irregular academic units; and,
~ not a scholarship recipient under Ormoc City LGU; CHED Merit; or OWWA,

then you are eligible to apply!
