Today, our BS Hospitality Management students from Section 3101 showcased their creativity, skills, and passion for the art of baking through their Bread & Pastry Production activity.👏

From thoughtfully designed pastries to mouth-watering creations, our STIers put their knowledge and imagination into every dish they prepared. They also presented their outputs and took part in a Question-and-Answer session, sharing the concepts, techniques, and inspiration behind their creations. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

More than just baking, the activity gave our students an opportunity to create, present, and confidently share what they have learned—turning every recipe into a meaningful learning experience.

Kudos, STIers, for putting your skills and creativity into every creation! 💙💛
