The City College of Ormoc UniFAST Office is pleased to announce that the online application portal for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) under CHED-UniFAST is now open for Academic Year 2026–2027.

🚨 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘: This application is strictly for 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗙𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 of the City College of Ormoc (CCO) only.

Enrolled CCO students who wish to apply for this financial assistance are advised to fill out the online intake form through the link below.

📅 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Please submit your form on or before July 31, 2026. The online portal will close automatically after this date, and late submissions will not be accepted.

⚠️ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:
• 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗-𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: Final approval and ranking will depend on the official rules and selection process set by CHED-UniFAST.
• 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀: To prevent duplication of government benefits, active Local Government Unit (LGU) Scholars are not qualified to apply for the TES program.
• 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆: In compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), all personal and school details collected in this form will be kept strictly confidential and used only for TES application and billing processes.
