Aquatics is one kind of recreational activity. The study of aquatics focuses on the benefits of swimming for enjoyment as well as the mechanics of specific water.

MELCS: Engages in Moderate to Vigorous physical activities MVPA's for at least 60 minutes most days of the week in a variety of settings in and out of school. (PEH12FH-11a-t-8).
Specifically, the learners will perform and track the intensity of physical activities in AQUATICS.

My grade 12 students during their recreational activity (SWIMMING). It was really fun and full of learnings. Thank you so much to my dear students for their participation as well as to their parents who give permission to their children to participate in this kind of activity.🫶
