𝐀𝐂𝐋𝐂 𝐎𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐜 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐔𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

ACLC College of Ormoc City, Inc., through its NSTP students, actively participated in the International Coastal Cleanup 2026 held this morning, September 19, at the SM Center Ormoc Boardwalk.

Spearheaded by NSTP instructors Sir Jonas Molato and Ma’am Michelle Negro, the students worked together to collect waste and help maintain the cleanliness of the coastal area. Their participation reflected the spirit of volunteerism, environmental responsibility, and community involvement promoted by the NSTP program.

The meaningful initiative, organized by SM Cares and SM Center Ormoc, reminded everyone that protecting our environment begins with collective action and simple, responsible practices.

Your achievement is a testament to your skill, dedication, discipline, and determination. Competing at this level takes more than talent. It takes countless hours of preparation, continuous learning, and the courage to perform under pressure.

Congratulations to our ACLC Titans, Reymark Mirafuentes and Lovely Torita, for proudly bringing honor to ACLC Ormoc and Ormoc City at the Wrestling Association of the Philippines (WAP) National Championships 2026, held in Quezon City on August 29–30, 2026.

Mirafuentes powered his way to Gold in Greco-Roman Wrestling and Silver in Freestyle Wrestling in the U17 55kg category, while Torita displayed strength and determination to secure Bronze in Women’s Freestyle U17.

Your discipline, hard work, and fighting spirit have truly paid off.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Parrilla, Sode, Barug Strike Gold in Division Siglaro 2026

ACLC Titans of District IV Ralph Parrilla, Steven Sode, and Maricar Barug delivered commanding performances to capture three gold medals in the Division Siglaro 2026 Wushu Sanda competition at NOCNHS on September 5.

Ashley Mae Sanchez strengthened the Titans’ medal haul with a silver-medal finish, while Cyrus Alicante battled his way to bronze, bringing the team’s total to five medals.

Their impressive showing secured their qualification for the EVRAA 2027 and gave the team strong momentum heading into the regional stage.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Balicante Leads ACLC Titans of District IV Pencak Silat Medal Haul

John Peter Balicante of the ACLC Titans of District IV delivered precise and calculated strikes to capture the gold medal in Class D of the Tanding competition and secure his ticket to EVRAA 2027 during Division Siglaro 2026 at NOCNHS, September 4.

In the boys’ Artistic division, Miguelle Zeriel Capilitan earned bronze in the Tunggal event. Balicante then joined Mark John Chavez and Prechie Van Barcelona to secure silver in the Regu event.

The Titans also collected several medals in the boys’ Tanding competition. Capilitan added a bronze medal in Class A, Joshua Borga claimed bronze in Class B, and Chavez fought his way to silver in Class C. Van Barcelona also earned bronze in Class D.

In the girls’ Tanding competition, Rhia Victorio secured bronze in Class A, while Allen Codilla completed the Titans’ medal haul with another bronze in Class D.

Their impressive performance reflected countless hours of preparation, sacrifice, and dedication to their craft.
