"CAREER DEVELOPMENT: MENTAL HEALTH AND INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP IN THE WORKPLACE"

The HREAP Online Seminar, held on September 19, 2026, provided an informative and meaningful learning experience for all participants.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Keynote Speaker, Ms. Paula Ferrer Cheng, RPsy, for sharing her valuable expertise and insights on the importance of mental well-being, inclusive leadership, and continuous career development.

We also express our gratitude to HREAP, the organizers, and all participating students for their active involvement and support. The seminar served as a valuable opportunity to enhance our knowledge and prepare ourselves for a more inclusive, healthy, and professional workplace.

The flames may not have claimed the crown this year, but our COAB Blazing Phoenix soared all the way to 1st Runner-Up! To our phenomenal athletes thank you for bringing us 1st Place with an astonishing 34 Gold Medals, 13 Silver Medals, and 8 Bronze Medals with a total of 55 winning medals!

You proved that the Blazing Phoenix doesn't just compete; we dominate with heart, excellence, and an unyielding spirit.

Even though we did not garner the overall championship this year, your excellent performances, sacrifices, and sheer grit brought immense pride to the entire department.

The championship trophy now belongs to CONAHS, while COAB received the replica trophy as a special commemoration of our championship victory last yearโ€” a reminder of the legacy our Blazing Phoenix builtโ€”and trust us, the fire is only burning hotter for next year!
