This Day of Valor, the law students of the WLC-School of Law and Government boldly participated in an exclusive workshop on effective strategies for answering term examinations.

The Special Assistant to the Dean, Atty. Michael C. Sevilla, shared strategic ways to answer examination questions concisely and briefly, with emphasis on identifying the core legal conflict (issue spotting) and answer structuring using the ALAC Method.

With sincere gratitude, we thank Atty. Sevilla for generously imparting his knowledge, equipping law students with helpful strategies to enhance our examination performance.

This PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION week, the WLC-SLG LEX Circle set up a coffee station for all law students, offering a free cup of coffee to keep everyone going. ✨

The WLC–School of Law and Government proudly celebrates a remarkable evening for the Honoring of New Lawyers, Induction of LEX Circle Officers, and Acquaintance Party for A.Y. 2026–2027, held last March 14, 2026, at Sutuwaki Restaurant, Ormoc City. ✨

The Dean extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly minted lawyers, reminding them that the practice of law is a form of public service—one that upholds justice and ensures that every voice is heard and protected.

Warm congratulations were also given to the newly elected LEX Circle Officers, with an inspiring call to lead with integrity, humility, and purpose.

The new lawyers did not miss to take the stage and share their journeys, offering words of encouragement to our law students—urging them to pursue their legal studies with discipline, tenacity, and unwavering determination.

The evening was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and meaningful connections, made even more special with great food and wonderful company—truly a celebration to remember.
