This activity is not only about volunteerism and community unity but also about gathering donations and support that will greatly benefit the CDC and our young learners. Every helping hand and every contribution can make a big difference in creating a better learning environment for the children in our barangay. ✨

We are pleased to inform you that ST. MARK THE EVANGELIST CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER 1-3 will be accepting YOUNG LEARNER ENROLLEES starting on:

🗓 MAY 12 (TUESDAY)

👶 WHO CAN ENROLL?

✅ ITED Program

- Age: 2 years old & 11 months
- Schedule: Once a week, every Wednesday

✅ Day Care Learners

- Age: 3 years old to 4 years old & 11 months
- Level: Pre-K1 and Pre-K2


📄 REQUIREMENTS TO BRING:

- 📖 Baby's Book
- 💉 Immunization Record
- 📋 Live Birth Certificate (NSO copy is highly preferred if available)
- 📂 Long WHITE folder
- 📝 Accomplished Enrollment Form & Child Profile Form
