We are proud to share that the Philippine Call Center Institute of Ormoc has successfully achieved a COMPLIANT result in the recent TESDA Region 8 Provincial Office audit for our Contact Center Services NC II and Events Management Services NC III qualifications! 🎉

Aside from developing their technical abilities, our OCSHS Work Immersion students were given a valuable learning session by Miss Marlitch F. Quiros, Office Admin Assistant and Registrar. She conducted a short but meaningful talk about work ethics, professionalism, and proper movement inside the office.

The students were reminded that skills and knowledge are important, but attitude, respect, and proper workplace behavior truly define a professional.

With the assistance of the dedicated WLC Computer Engineering graduating OJT students, our learners were able to confidently diagnose and resolve system issues, gaining real-world experience in computer servicing.

Another productive day of collaboration, learning, and skill-building!

We are proud to share the successful start of the Work Immersion of the Ormoc City Senior High School (OCSHS) – TVL ICT Strand here at the Philippine Call Center Institute (PCCI) of Ormoc!

On their Day 2 and Day 3, our students were hands-on in computer system servicing, basic troubleshooting, PC assembly and disassembly, and proper workplace coordination. Guided by the dedicated Western Leyte College (WLC) Computer Engineering OJT trainees, the learners received step-by-step mentoring and practical demonstrations to strengthen their technical skills and confidence.

This collaboration promotes teamwork, real-world exposure, and industry-based learning—preparing our future ICT professionals for greater opportunities ahead.
