SCIENCE MONTH CULMINATION 2025
Theme: “Building Smart and Sustainable Communities”

Pedro G. Bañez National High School proudly concluded this year’s Science Month with a day filled with creativity, knowledge, and innovation. The program highlighted the Scientist Cosplay Contest, along with the awarding of winners for the Poster Making Contest and the Quiz Show (Team and Individual Categories).

A big salute to our ever-supportive School Head, Ma’am Noneria G. Sacay, and the hardworking Science Department headed by Mrs. Caren B. Ruta for making this celebration meaningful and successful.

🌿 MISSION POSSIBLE BOOTCAMP 2025: FINAL DAY HIGHLIGHTS 🌿

The PGBNHS Eco-Warriors (YES-O) proudly concluded their journey in the Mission Possible Bootcamp 2025, finishing 4th out of 12 strong teams! 🚀

The pitch for PROJECT GREENPRINT stood out and opened the doors to a possible partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU)—a true win beyond the rankings. 🌱✨

This milestone proves that our advocacy for tree stewardship and solid waste discipline continues to grow stronger and gain wider support. 💚

We commend our team leader Mr. Juneben G. Delfin, YES-O Adviser, the Eco-Warrior officers, and extend our deepest thanks to our school head Mrs. Noneria G. Sacay for the unwavering guidance and support throughout this journey. 🙌

The bootcamp may have ended, but for us, this is only the beginning of making GREENPRINT a reality for our community. 🌿

🌊🌍 40th International Coastal Cleanup 2025 🌍🌊

Pedro G. Bañez National High School is proud to have 24 Boy Scouts actively participate in the Ormoc City Coastal Cleanup 2025, led by our dedicated adult leaders Mr. Adonis P. Tagget and Mr. Jelson H. Goya, our scouts joined fellow schools and organizations in the global effort “Clean Seas Against the Climate Crisis – Tayo ang Solusyon.” ✨

🙏 We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the 93rd Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army headed by LTC Celeste Frank L. Sayson INF (GSC) PA for providing transportation support, making our participation possible. 🚍💪

Each artwork reflected the power of science in shaping communities that are not only innovative but also prepared to face challenges with strength and unity. Truly, our young scientists and artists proved that creativity and science go hand in hand! 🌟👏

The excitement continues! Day 2 was filled with thrilling matches and intense gameplay as our athletes gave their all in various sports events. Every game showcased teamwork, dedication, and the true spirit of sportsmanship.
