Reading Photo Competition
This competition aims to inspire a love for reading among students by encouraging creativity through photography.
GUIDELINES:
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to ALL STUDENTS of Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc Campus.
2. Theme: Take a photo capturing the essence of reading, reflecting on the theme “LACE-UP: Libraries – A Hub for Cultural Exploration and Unity Through Partnership.”
3. Photo Requirements:
• Submit a high-quality photo of yourself reading a book, in portrait or landscape orientation.
• Feel free to creatively edit or style the photo to showcase your unique approach to reading.
• Use original photos only; no copyrighted content is allowed.
4. Caption: Include a caption with your photo answering, "How can libraries work with communities to help people explore culture and come together?”
5. Submission: Your entry should be submitted through this Google Form.

6. Timeline:
• Submission Period: November 14 to November 17, 2025
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
• Relevance to Theme and Content: 50%
• Originality and Creativity: 35%
• Technical Excellence: 15%
• Total: 100%
PRIZES:
1. 1st Prize: Token + Certificate of Recognition
2. 2nd Prize: Token + Certificate of Recognition
3. 3rd Prize: Token + Certificate of Recognition
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation. Winning entries will be featured on the EVSU-OC Library's page. Winners will be notified via email and may claim their prizes at the Ormoc City Public Library on November 20, 2025.

Digital Poster-Making Contest
The contest encourages students to creatively express the importance of digital literacy through digital poster-making.
GUIDELINES:
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to ALL STUDENTS of Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc
Campus.
2. Theme: Create a digital poster with the theme “LACE-UP: Libraries – A Hub for Cultural Exploration and Unity Through Partnership.”
3. Poster Requirements:
• Submit a digital poster in portrait orientation, saved as a high-quality JPEG or PNG file.
• The design should include a slogan promoting digital literacy.
• Use original content or properly licensed images, with a focus on creativity and visual appeal.
4. Caption: Accompany your poster with a caption answering, "How can digital literacy empower
today’s youth?" (50 words max).
5. Submission: Your entry should be submitted through this Google Form.
