𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: The Office of the University President (OUP) mandated to shift all classes to asynchronous or online modality across campuses from October 15 until October 25, through OUP Memorandum No. 10-10-2025 issued Tuesday afternoon, October 14.

Said advisory is aimed to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of EVSUnistas following the recently confirmed cases of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) in the Main Campus and the ongoing structural assessments of university buildings across campuses after the recent earthquake tremors felt in Leyte.

According to the memorandum, midterm examinations scheduled on October 13-16 will be rescheduled to a later date, and no examinations will be held during the asynchronous or online modality period.

Furthermore, all student-related activities, including rehearsals, organization activities, sports, and cultural events, inside the campus shall be postponed, while students on OJT deployed within the campus will have their duties temporarily suspended during the said period.
