KapaTEDS are now ready to go and speak!
The College of Teacher Education concluded its TED Talk on August 14, 2026, with Mrs. Joanne Jessa C. Tan as the guest speaker.
Future educators gained valuable insights on confidence, clarity, and effective communication. They learned the importance of proper pronunciation, organizing thoughts, and how to use the ARE, PREP, and “Pause, Organize, Speak” techniques when answering questions.
Through this talk, we are reminded that communication isn’t about having a perfect accent, rather it’s about expressing your message clearly and confidently.

Facilitators’ Circle (PFC) invites everyone to be part of an important
conversation on CYBERBULLYING tomorrow, August 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM
at the HED AVR with the special topic:
“CYBERBULLYING: THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK, POST, AND SHARE.”
In a world where a single comment, message, or post can deeply affect
someone, let us learn how to use our digital spaces responsibly and
compassionately.
Join us as we listen, learn, and stand together against cyberbullying
through meaningful talks, discussions, and an open forum with our invited
speakers.
